Tell me about HA grand villa

we have a grand villa reserved but found out it is handicapped accessible. What is the difference? We will be at BWV.

The simplest, most direct way to find out what is in a BWV grand villa is to call or email Member Services with your question. MS should be able to tell you what modifications have been done to make the villa handicap accessible.

By the way, just because your reservation may have an HA annotation doesn't necessarily mean you'll end up with an HA villa. Over the years, several people have posted their reservation had an HA annotation even though they did not request it, but when they arrived at the resort they did not receive an HA villa.

However, keep in mind that DVC runs at or very near 100% occupancy. Even if no one requests an HA villa, it will be assigned to someone.
