My kids are at a similar stage in life - one graduated last year from college, and the other two due to graduate this year. While they have cruised since they were age 5-6, they love cruising now. The cruise does not have organized events for younger adults, but they have nightly activities every evening starting at midnight that tend to be populated with people in their early 20s. I've never been myself, but from what my kids describe, they do not sound to be full of drunk people, and the same people tend to also go to the earlier karaoke sessions so that there is a bit of familiarity amongst guests.
We have recently done Universal with the kids - they love that too but with the walking and lining up, those days tend to be much more tiring. The price (for a family of 5, including two hotel rooms in a Deluxe universal resort, passes, and dining but no booze) was was similar to what we paid for a 4 night cruise on Utopia (one of the newer, Oasis class ships) also with no booze.
