Tell me about Grinchmas....

From a survey I just completed, it sounds like they are planning bigger holiday activities than last year possibly at both parks. The new ideas sound good!

Im here alive and well again. now that it is all over you saw who was right. I know the correct info, i usually can not share it.

Just blame Bob. :rotfl2: He told us at lunch that only the storytelling would be gone.

I'm hoping next year is a better one for the holidays at IOA! So...what else can you share with us? :listen:

Okay, I'm behind the times. Please, enlighten me. :teeth: What did they have this year, during Christmas?

When we were there over Thanksgiving and a few days beyond, the ONLY Christmas decoration in Suessland was a single garland over just one of the store's doors. Of course, I know not everything was up yet, but it just looked so barren after being there during Christmas the year before. We really missed the crooked tree and the big wreaths on the entrance signs.

Christmas seemed to be focused in Universal Studios this past year. The big tree in NY was up, the stocking caps on the lamp shades, etc. The rest of the Christmas stuff hadn't started yet, so we missed balloonopolis, the parades and all the shows, so again, there was probably more by the time the Macy's parade and shows started.

They had the Grinch at IOA and Macy's at the studios.
