I hate flying overall but love flying JetBlue. I have always had great experiences with them. The flight attendants are always super friendly and cheerful. I love having the individual TVs and the free snacks.
I love JetBlue! In fact, I just paid more to fly with them for our next trip vs. going with another carrier! The TVs are great and really help pass the time. The crew is always very professional and we've not had delays with JB (not saying it can't happen, but we've had good luck thus far).
Add another Jet Blue lover here! We also will pay a little more to fly Jet Blue for the extras we get -like free snacks, tv, and more seat room (not the extra leg room seats). All of this just makes travel a little easier as I don't have to lug extra stuff to keep myself, DH and DD entertained and comfortable.
Don't get me wrong though, we have had flights delayed due to mechanical issues, and have always received credits without even asking.
One thing to know about Jet Blue, keep an eye on your fares and if the cost of your flights goes down, they will give you a credit for future use. But, you have to catch the price drop and call them to request the credit.
Another JetBlue lover here. Great customer service, TVs make the flight easier especially with kids, snack and beverages are great-and they just added little snack boxes you can purchase if you are feeling a bit more peckish. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised

Yes! I was able to get a credit this week for our April trip - $438 total! They were very nice about it and took care of it pretty quickly. Also, I discovered that they consider the flights separately even when booked as a roundtrip. Our flight down to Orlando actually went up in price quite a lot on the same day our return flight went down. We were still able to get the full credit on the return flight.
I noticed you are from CT. We are from VT. Make sure when flying JB you get a DIRECT FLIGHT if you can. The only problems we ever have (had) with JB is when we have a connecting flight at JFK.
Our latest adventure was last week. Went with the connection at JFK to save a few bucks. Never again!!! I will pay the extra for the direct flight from this date forward.
We have flown from VT using several airlines. Last few years it has been JB and they surpass all others by far.
Direct flights are great; avoid connecting flights - especially in winter months.

ITA! This is the reason we avoid SW since they do not fly direct from BOS to MCO. For that short a flight it's really not worth it to have to stop/connect.

No need to keep an eye out yourself. Use yapta.com, register your flight and it will track it for you.. As soon as a price drop occurs, they e-mail you. Fantastic!
