Tell you what, I'll tell you about Floridays if you tell me about Sheraton Vistana Villages. We stayed at Floridays last time and this time we are trying the Sheraton across the road.
So you most likely know they are right across from each other. Floridays units were very nice. We had a building that was about 3 buildings back from the main pool which was ok as the view looked down on another pool but noone was ever in that one. Unit was clean...smaller than some 2 bedroom condos I've been in. The main pool is by far the best as there is a bar around the pool that is quite fun. There is a games room, a deli and grill where you can buy pricey sundries and that's about it! There were no daily activites...no resort staff that engaged the guests....
We were there 2 years ago at Easter and I recall the resort next door was having a huge pool party and they had loud music and poolside games and I like this type of resort better but the main pool is lovely at Floridays if you just want to relax - not be entertained.
We had a lovely balcony and we were up high enough that you could see both Disney's fireworks and fireworks that looked to be coming from UNiversal.
Layout is similar to the Sheraton - main bedroom had it's own TV, King bed, Big Jaccuzzi tub, but it wasn't a huge room. Living/dining/kitchen is all one area and it is nice too. Small Washer and Dryer in the unit that holds about 1 outfit at a time....
The second bedroom had 2 double beds (pretty small - more for one person per bed) that my kids shared. This room is at the front of the condo off the hallway so the window is small and looks out to a hallway so not very appealing and a bit dark. But they had their own TV and dresser (can't recall a closet but maybe there was).
I think $109 for a 2 bedroom is a fantasitc deal! I would stay there again for that price but for the time I was looking they wanted more than the Sheraton Vistana Villages so we went that route. But we'd stay there again for a good price. It wasn't bad, just wasn't amazing.
