Tell me about Everest

I love rollercoasters. But that Yeti scene at the end triggers my anxiety in a way in which no other attraction does. It’s a combination of the strobe light and sensation that you’re just a few inches from colliding.

EE is smooth, but the backwards is too intense for me. When I was younger, I loved it!! Had no problem riding years ago. But now I can barely breath at that part now. I skip it.

It's very smooth in terms of not shaky. It's a lot scarier IMHO than Space Mountain or Big Thunder. The height is what gets me. I am scared of heights, and there is a brief pause where you are at the top of the mountain and you can see FOREVER and you look to be really, really high up and it leaves you there for a good 15 seconds while it switches tracks, and that kinda gives me a minor panic attack. So just be aware of that spot if you have a fear of heights.

DD wants to go on Expedition Everest
I’ve been on thunder, space and seven dwarves but am too scared to go on rockin rollercoaster. Seven dwarves is my favorite. How is Everest? Is it smoother than space mountain?

Just an FYI - your signature says that you're going in February 2022. If that's the case, Expedition Everest will be closed (down for refurb from January 2022 to April 2022).

It is very smooth and a lot of fun but be warned when you are going backwards it can go very fast. But that’s also what makes it fun
