So, the last time DH and I went was for our honeymoon - no kids. This time we're taking our then 4yo and 19mo....can the 19mo go on Barnstormer? Would I need to go with her? I think I'd like to being that age, but I wasn't sure if she could even go. Thanks!

Depends on how tall she is. According to Disney's site, riders must be 35" or taller.

Hope that helps :)

According to my guide book, the minimum age is 3 and minimum height is 35". I took my 4 & 5 yr old on and it can be quite jerky. I was actually surprised!

I don't think the 19 month old would do well on this. Not even sure she/he would made the height restriction ? At the very least, I would think you would have to go on with her. I find it a little rough. Sort of rocks you side to side a little. I rode it a few times when my children were younger.

thanks for the replies...you're right I doubt she'd meet the height requirement by then. I hadn't read all the details of it in the books yet so I wasn't sure. I guess we'll just have to go again when she's bigger. Thanks!

Last year I took my 28 month old on it and he loved it! We must have ridden it 7 or 8 times while we were there. There was no mention of a minimum age, although he was measured the first time.
