The food was AMAZING. WONDERFUL. We were surprised at how good it was, since most people go for the princesses and not the food. Definitely some of the best food we ate our whole trip.
We both had the mustard-glazed salmon, which was served with baby potatoes and roasted carrots. There's also an appetizer buffet with meats, cheeses, salads, and some seafood; and dessert is served family style on a platter for everyone to share. IIRC kids can get a hot dog, ravioli, or baked chicken?
We had Belle at the greeting/photo, and Cinderella, Aurora, Snow White, and Ariel walking through the dining room. They were all very good and more interaction than we got from any other characters (being two adults with no kids), they all stopped and chatted with us a little bit. (Aurora said that Albuquerque must have been a very long trip on horseback, and wasn't I lucky to have a prince to protect me.)
