Tell me about 1900 Park Fare Dinner???

I'm going to make another ADR for dinner and am thinking about 1900 Park Fare!
Tell me what you think about this restaurant!! Help me decide!! It will be me and DH (both 26)

We had the dining plan last trip and went to most of the popular places. This is the only reservation we are repeating in January. Grand Floridian Hotel is beautiful. Dining room is a bit overcrowded. Food was delicious. Daughter got all big eyed at the Prince.
But you're bringing your own prince so that might not be important!

We['ll be eating here for the 1st time in Oct. I'm hoping it will be nice. I think the GF is lovely....but I've heard this restaurant is "right in the middle of things" and very close seating. I hope it's OK. I mean, I'm expecting elegance...not Chef Mickey decor....(don't get me wrong...we LOVE CM...but that's not what I'm looking for this time around)
