Televisions in rooms

We are going to Disney on June 29 and staying at the Contemporary Resort. Do they have movies available in the rooms? We have a tradition of watching movies with the kids at night whenever we stay at a hotel.

There's no in-room movie service. They have the full compliment of Disney channels, WDW Info, DVC, local stations, the major cable networks (CNN, CNN-HLN, Weather, etc.) but no premium channels.

And you can't get Nickelodeon while staying at Disney, so if your kids are addicted to Spongebob, better prepare them. And if you head over to the Universal hotels, you can't get the Disney channels!

All those channels are fine that you get, but does anyone else here become totally entranced by those "appliance direct" infomercials that are always on when you come back from the parks late at night??
