even when you are on the do not call list, AND you tell them to stop calling....
My buddy and I are talking about this and he says he has a company that calls him every single week. He has told them not to call. He is on the DNC list. And he actually reported the company ( no response yet )....
So, he has taken to keeping a police whistle near his phone... Even though I absolutely LOVE the idea, I told him I wouldn't do it... What "if" the person on the other end actually had their hearing damaged? I thought "maybe" he might be liable. He hasn't used it yet, but said he will if they call again.
Do you think he would be liable? I'm guessing "no", but I wouldn't bet on it.
