Tees for our May/June trip - PHOTOS

disneychickforever--

this okwoodsmith's wife and I can assure you it was not the 15K machine. It may cost us 15K by the time his obession with it wanes, but in the meantime I'm getting some great t-shirts.

I only spent $300 for my cutter. There is without a doubt a wide range of prices.

There's a really nice craft model out there for about $500 that's intended for garment design and scrapbooking. That's what I would recommend to anyone who is a novice with this sort of thing.

Hi, Those shirts look awesome! :) Could you post a pic of the design Amy was talking about or some of your other designs. You do great work. Thanks!

First, how did you get one for $300? Can you hook me up?

What is the craft model you are referencing? I do have a Cricut machine but I do not believe this would be capable of doing this?

OK, Just what I need, one more toy. DH bought me a t-shirt press for Christmas last year. :lovestruc I guess this will be my gift of choice this year. :lmao:
Any recommendations on what we should look for would be greatly appreciated. :goodvibes
Thanks, Penny:hippie:

For those interested, this is the machine I bought.

At the time I bought it, it was a straight auction instead of Buy-it-Now and so I got it a little cheaper. I would offer a warning that this model is from China and has minimal instructions with it. So there is a rather steep learning curve. Fortunately I got a lot of help from my friends at tshirtforums.com. I highly recommend that site for Creative DISigns folks.

This is the model I would recommend for someone mainly interested in making tees or scrapbooking:

Wow, those shirts are amazing!

I don't think I could talk DH into even a $300 machine though. I'll just be green with envy instead.
