Teens traveling what to do on board

Can anyone help us our 2 Disney Sons will be joining us on the 4 night wonder they are 19 and 17 can they both go to common grounds and what activities do they have on board does the cruise orginize basksetball games and vollyball games on board and what shore excurisons would they enjoy we just found out we will be going to freeport as well ty

We just did the 4 day Wonder this past November. Had a fantastic time. My (then) 15 year old son loved Common Grounds---it's the main reason he's "cool" with going back for the 7 night in 2004. We did make certain to book the cruise before his 18th birthday though. I'm not certain how strict Disney is with their policy which states ages 13-17 for Common Grounds ? My son will be 17 at time of our next sailing.
They had a Teen Junkanoo cruise with a DJ/snacks one night---I believe it was Nassau day ? It started around 7:30/8 pm and was about $25 or so. We booked this on the ship the morning of the excursion. He loved it. I know they had many organized activities during the week also, such as a scavenger hunt, teen dance (he got in around 2 am that night !), and general hang-outs. All had crew member supervision. On Castaway Cay day, he hung out at the Teen beach with the club. We rarely saw him the entire 4 days except first thing in the morning and at dinner. I'll have to ask my son about basketball or volleyball---I believe they had the latter on the Teen beach.
