If you have longish hair you can pull it into a high ponytail, don't pull the ponytail all the way through. Leave is like a floppy loop. The you take those small clips (like tiny butterfly/jaw clips) and you flatten the loop in the middle so the hair spreads out like a bun. Put the clips all around the edges of it like a crown of sorts. It looks very cute, it holds it all in and it take all of 5 minutes.
My older DD and I usually just wear our hair in a ponytail and then braided. (The little one likes two ponytail-braids.) My DD also often wears her hair in two buns. I used to do them high on her head when she was little (kind of like little horns or ears), but now she likes them low. We found that we were too hot at Disney even with a regular ponytail, and these styles kept hair from touching and looked cute for taking less than a minute or so to do.
I know a PP said this already, as it does depend on your budget, but try getting the half head braids at the GF Salon or BC Salon. My two teen DD have been getting them for a while now and it makes for a quick and easy getting ready process in the morning.
Thank you for posting this! The girl who does these videos has such great ideas for hair styles, and they're really easy to follow. I've already tried a couple on my daughter, and they've come out so cute.
OK so my DD is 4 and I haven't been 14 for awhile now but how about pulling it up into high pony tails and making sloppy buns kinda like a knock off of Minnie ears? Maybe tie red/white polka dot ribbon or some other "Disney" colors?
