Tee ball Team Mom gift ideas???

Hi all! It is almost the end of our DS tee ball season. DH has been coaching the team and I know the Team Mom has a gift planned for him (framed pic of the team and the kids will be signing the mat.) She has worked really hard during the games and I wanted to give her something creative but not expensive. Just a thoughtful gift. The ONLY thing I could think of was maybe a potted plant and have the kids sign the pot with one of those new metallic Sharpies and maybe write THANK YOU or something really big on it. Any ideas??? TIA!
