Teddy Bear Repair needed STAT

I need a place the repairs teddy bears STAT! My dog destroyed the face on the teddy bear that I got when I was about 10 years old. Allie is a 30 years old jointed bear and about 36 inches tall. The dog chewed her face and she ripped along the seams of her face and lost an eye. My daughter loves her and is devastated. I might be able to repair her since she is really only ripped along the seams but thought it might be better to send her off to some place that specializes in such things. I still have the eye.

I live in MA but will be willing to send her off.

Usually the dog only likes to kill pooh bears (seriously! - see one of my older posts about my dog eating pooh) but this time he decided to branch out and eat another kind of bear.

OP, Check your local yellow pages for doll shops. Alot of times they do repairs on teddy bears.

I took a teddy bear to a local doll shop this past Christmas holiday. It had belonged to my late brother, who passed away in 1985. I wanted to restore the bear and give it to my nephew (my brother's son). It was extremely fragile but they did a good job!
