Not sure if this happened to others but, according to a supervisor, there is a technical glitch that happens "a lot" when trying to transfer points from one contract to another.
Basically, I attempted a transfer of points from my contract to a friends' contract. The points completely left our contract but are not officially in the other contract. If my friend called to check on points, the points are not there. But, if I call to check on points, my points aren't there either in our contract.
I was transferred to a supervisor that said it was a technical glitch and happens quite a bit. They are going to work on it and get back to me soon. Has this happened to anyone else? I find it hard to believe if this happens a lot that it couldn't be fixed.

they use to manage all this complicated point, UY and Home Resort stuff! Since we all live and breath by our points, I get nervous when I hear about them disappearing or totaling out incorrectly...
