Technical issues booking ADR for Coral Reef December 2016

I got the text from touringplans.com's reservation finder showing open reservations for CR but when I try to book them on the WDW site it gives an error message. I've tried several times via cell and on the PC and its the same message. Any other night workers/night owls having these same issues?

At my 180 day, the only reservation I couldn't secure online was Coral Reef. I called the dining line when the phones opened and the CM told me that Coral Reef you now have to call the restaurant directly to make ADRs. She gave me a phone number, but when I called that number after hanging up with her, it said it wasn't in service. I can't find a phone number for CR anywhere. I gave up and just picked Teppan Edo for the entertainment value. LOL

I couldn't get CR or SAI today for Dec. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the CP?.... But, I also noticed back in April while booking for our Oct trip, that HBD was booked solid. It later opened up. I have no clue what's going on.

Thanks! I was able to get the reservation for CR! I just think there were a million people trying to get the same thing.
