I wonder if any of you clever people on here can help me.
We used to be with Orange Broadband and just before Christmas, switched to Sky with phone and broadband. We are still Ornage customers but for mobile phones only.
I kept my Orange e-mail address and received an e-mail recently to say as it hadn't been used (it had, I use it all the time - just accessed it via Sky Broadband) it would be cancelled/suspended. It gave me an option to restore it again which I did last week and all was Ok again. Except now, I can't access my e-mails again and I wondered if it was due to same problem so I repeated the restore process. It hasnt worked this time but although the Orange website is working OK, I get a 404 error code message when I try to access my e-mails. It may be that the e-mail section of Ornage is down, I don't know and can't find the answer anywhere - the automated helpline doesnt give me an option to dial as I am not an Orange broadband customer.
We are off to the US (DLR California) in a couple of weeks and I have booked some trips online - one I am waiting to hear back re confirmation of dates so I need to access my messages.
Can anyone help?
