QOTD Tuesday, January 17: According to the "This Day in Disney History" website, some very funny people, Betty White (1922) and Jim Carrey (1962), have been born on this date. What can you do (or what did you do) to stay positive in your BL journey?
I try to just take it one workout at a time. I remember that an object in motion stays in motion, so I try to not miss a workout. It's easier to make a workout plan for the week and stay on it, rather than just "fit it in" because then it ends up never happening. Before I started working out regularly it was so much harder to work out every month or two weeks or so. Whenever something requiring some physical activity would come up, it would be so hard. Now that I'm getting used to working out, I find it more enjoyable, and I'm actually having fun!

. In the past whenever I fell off plan I was like oh well it's already shot might as well. Things happen sometimes things that are beyond your control so to me it is important to just learn to bounce back from a bad day... Have a great day everyone!


It was alot of floor work with situps, crunches and then we had to swing and pull these giant ropes around. It was a lot more fun than I thought it would be when I first saw them!I really enjoyed slamming them down on the ground...guess I had some aggression to get out!

You are strong and have a great attitude -- that has to help you.
Evenings are tough, for the same reason, and because I tend to snack while I watch tv. I wouldn't say I'm "defeating" anything, but I am trying to eat smarter -- not let myself get so hungry I'm willing to make a poor choice. 

Going to have to try to do responses later, I really have to get all my laundry hung up before I have to take DD16 to a dentist appt.
DH bbq'd in the backyard and my sister brought bbq.
Almost never happens to me! I did however go roller skating at our local roller rink yesterday! So technically I did work out.... it's a stretch I know, but honestly, my legs were kinda hurting towards the end!
