I have reworked my ADR's into 1st and second choices becasue I am still on the fence about HDDR and in case I can't get 1st choices I need to have backups.

Hey Guys! Just home from our grocery run. I had to wait around for a lady to stop by and buy an easel that I was selling on craigslist. Another $15 in my pocket!

The girls are driving me batty today with their bickering. I think they're bored, but I've got things I want to get done. We got a movie from the RedBox at the store, so hopefully that will keep them busy for a little while. I need to mop my kitchen floor. I just want to get everything back in it's place and have it all clean so that I can take some pics to post here.

All this talk about WDW planning is really making me jealous. So, I'm going to post my plans for Ip Dip II/Girls Weekend....

Friday, Oct 9th - late morning flight to Orlando. ME to hotel (possibly sharing a room at POP). Rest until MNSSHP at 4:00 pm. MK until close that night!

Saturday, Oct 10th - Epcot! F&W noshing all day. Ride TT and Soarin with Tracy & Bill and hang out with them and anyone else who is there! Margaritas in Mexico and Grey Goose Slushies in France are required!

Sunday, Oct 11th - AK day. Breakfast at Tusker House with Scott. Ride EE as many times as possible. Ip Dip II dinner at Ohana with everyone. Lapu Lapu's are required!

Monday, Oct 12th - MGM day. Ride TSM & RNRC. Fly back to Indy as late as possible.

So, any opinions on the plans? I think I'll do the dining plan, so I'll need one more table service, probably at Epcot on Saturday. Any suggestions?

I read through, had things quoted, walked away and lost them.

Glad to see Facebook is giving everyone problems though. I was finally able to get on through an e-mail I had gotten.

Just finished getting dinner in the oven. We're having homemade Italian sausage, baked potatoes with all the fixings and some other kind of veggie.

Sounds like my kids. Linds is sitting here whining over I have no idea what? Her and DR were fighting over a sateboard, I think? At this point I don't really care. LOL I just put a movie on for her so maybe that will calm her down. She's been bugging me about Peter Pan lately so they had Return to Neverland on Demand so at least that will keep her quiet for a few minutes.

Can't wait to see pics of your new room and your plans look great! I can't wait until I can do a solo trip.

Janet and Angela ~ DH's took a long time, too. Seems they ship via FedEx for the first bit of the trip, then it goes to a USPS center and gets delivered to you through the Post Office. It really took about 10 days for his to arrive.

CE experienced some vamp hours the other night. She likes to talk a lot at the doctors office.

ANGIE says Mitch is away until Wednesday. He is staying close to where Reg and Kelley are but isn't thrilled enough to go check it out.

MEL's momma is in town. Bob is holding her back - Mel not her mom. Gus can make great brownies. And she got even with the boys for the messy bathrooms by giving them that on their 'to do' list of chores.

V doesn't like Mondays, especially at work. Leo is back!!!! She has morphed into a computer geek from a book worm.

JO walks to get into shape. What's the ice cream for? That's just 'lovely'. She is painting the bathroom. We need some pics, please.

DAWN's trying to teach but ends up being the mean one. No takers on their house yet. Sorry it is so frustrating for you right now.

MO is still having pain with her foot. She is not feeling like working yet.

T's kids just started Spring break and she is already bonkers. Maddie had to fart at 2AM. What did you feed the poor child?

MrsKS - Oh carp! I have to get caught up on stuff. I'll find your PTR this week when I'm not so darn wiped out. My life is very exciting too. Work, work, work. Goodluck to Bill with his test.

ROSIE had an unelectrifying day Monday.

KAT always has a back-up food plan. SWEET! I'm glad you and KC got things patched up on the $$$ issues. Been there, will be there again, I'm sure. It is so hard to prioritize when you want so much and have so little.

I just finished two by Linda Fairstein which I really enjoyed. I also started one by Fern Michaels, never read her but have heard of her, it's strange. I'm not sure if I'll continue with it or not. I am also reading one by Blaize Clement. She's a pet sitter who solves mysteries. Nothing too deep, but a good read. And you?

I don't watch, but on bull riding, they keep reminding everyone to vote for Ty Murry.

I am reading "Possesion" by Jennifer Armintrout, it's the 2nd in her "Blood Ties" series. Vampire book, of course. I have so many books to read!!

IThe internet just went silly, it wouldn't do anything yet I was still getting emails, I turned the modem off blah blah blah and nothing in the end I gave up and shut down the internet tab, reopened it and it worked

I usually keep the window open with FB and just refresh (like I do with TFW) but I've noticed before that after a few times, it refuses to update and just locks up. If I try to use that window and retype the FB dot com in manually it will still be locked up. I have to close the window entirely, then open a new one and it works fine! Weird!

Love your plans so far, Janet. I only have to add that you should count on leaving wherever you are on the day of HDDR EARLY! They make you arrive about an hour before (or something like that...) and it takes FOREVER to transport TO WCG and then to transport WITHIN the campground to get to the venue. For a 5 pm ressie, you maybe starting out towards the place at 3pm or earlier!

Looks lovely. I highly recommend visiting Le Cellier, after my experience with Dawn's family. Delish!

We have that planned for a no park day. THat will be the day Jim does his Richard Petty Ride ALong! We willprobably take the car to WL (mom is going with us) and park in the employee lot and then take the boat to FW

Ooh, ooh, ooh. I have one I think you will really like. It may be listed as young adult, but then, so are Harry and Twilight.

It's called "Godmother" by Carolyn Turgeon. I got it in the free book for review program (not the contest, but why I was asked to do the contest) on amazon.com.

It's about Cinderella's fairy godmother, in NYC. It's SO much cooler than I anticipated. It's not terribly long, but it's not really light. It very much is still making me think about it.

Anyway, it's been released, so it's available.

I also loved a pre-release called "The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie" which is a 1950's English gentle mystery, but the heroine is an extremely precocious 11-year-old (it's not YA, though) and it was just awesome. I think it's released on 4/28.

Um, I bet you've already read it, but open on my Kindle right now is the Charlaine Harris that came out last summer.

I just finished two by Linda Fairstein which I really enjoyed.

Our friend who flies for the NASCAR team is in the area. D is gone until Friday. She called today to see if we could go out tomorrow night for dinner. She and her co-pilots have a place in mind. I looked it up, and it looks pretty fancy, and on a school night... I found a neighbor to sit for the boys instead. I know she wouldn't care - she has a DD5 - but still. People they don't know, fancy restaurant... Seemed like a good idea to not have them along.

Anyway.

I think my tennis friend and I are doing some shopping tomorrow for baskets and so forth, too!

I am thinking it's a good bath night. I've still been really sleepy all day. I'm thinking an early bed time. We'll see how that goes.

just checking in. Ive finally realized how hard this thread can be to keep up with.

I dyed my hair back to brown. I did it sunday before my second presentation for disney. I had to be sure i was in "disney look" so its back to boring!

i need to get off here now before i get sucked into the DIS. I have 13 orders of mammals (marsupials especially) to memorize tonight. i really want to go to australia now...or animal kingdom. I really miss seeing that kangaroo in the sand everyday!

i'm trying to get caught up. I had to do my Easter shopping this morning and it took WAY too long. Shame on me for waiting for the last minute. Then I had to take my 6 year old, Delta to the doctor - he has been having reflux. The doctor wants to run more tests so that is a little scary. But delta is excited about it because he thinks the nurse's button is for room service.

Not that you haven't heard it before, but I'd rather they had taken away this second week of break we have at the end of April, than go to 6/25 which is the current date.

And suddenly I am thankful we did not have snow.

Tomorrow is my check up with the surgeon to see how I'm doing. I really hope he says, "GREAT! Do whatever you like now!"

OMG, seriously! It was 50-something here this morning and dropping into the 40s tonight!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YAY!!!! Leo's home! He was so, so glad of it, too. And he was exhausted; came home form school, ate a banana and fell fast asleep on the couch whilst I made dinner. He perked up some after eating, but was ready for bed by 8.

Interesting sidenote: his dad emailed me yesterday about drop off plans for Easter and said "I have to tell you, he really missed you this week." You have no idea how big that is for him (the ex) to admit!

In other news... does anyone here use Digg.com? It's my latest venture with work to get our messages out for free. If you do, and are interested in helping me get our story/ies higher on Digg's list, let me know! Meanwhile, I'll be playing with a FB page and LinkedIn for work. I cannot believe I'm becoming one of those techy people... I miss BOOKS!!!

It is a low of 30 tonight. Our heater went out last month. We had it fixed but then didn't use it for an entire month. We went to turn it on this morning and found that it is not working again. We have all the kids snuggled in the living room by the fire place. Brrrrr!

I don't know who Leo is but everyone else seems to be excited so I will too!

I talked to my realtor last night and I'm so frustrated that we lowered the price on Friday and haven't had any traffic. I'm going to wait two weekends, then we might add an incentive of some sort to get people interested. It's so frustrating. We need to get out of here, but I can't drop the price so much that I don't have 10% to put down on the new house. We'll see...

It's before noon and I'm awake- yee ha! KC's work phone went off again this morning but then he realized he was supposed to go in an hour earlier today and we didn't set the alarm correctly, so it was a good thing even if it was annoying. Except that I never got back to sleep. I'll prob end up with a nap later on.

So we talked it all out last night again. I think we are on the same page and are going to save up for things instead of put them on the credit card and worry later. So thats good. Also we have talked about it and it's pretty much a go for the Atlantic City Birthday trip for me too! It'll be June 19th-21st so those of you near by- SAVE THE DATE!
