Yes. He'll leave it just a tidy as I would. The beds may not be as smooth as if I did it, but they'll be made, darn it!
He's really good about all of that. I'm a lucky girl.

Yes, you are! Eric would probably try if we were selling a house, but under normal circumstances, he just doesn't care about those types of things.

OH! I never thought of that, but yeah, there wasn't anywhere to sit unless you had a VIP booth! How funny. Guess I'm used to Buffalo, where there's a bar on every corner and everyone there knows you - no pressure to look good, just drinks with friends.

Z is chillin' like a villain in PR. She even went to a spa. She and Yani are going to WDW on the 26th and 27th.

Jodi says they found some nodules in her furbaby's liver. Needs a biopsy to see what they are. He's doing fine. She's is not sure they want to go that far yet since it means surgery and may be nothing. They got their Wii. She didn't get much scrapping done but did get to talk a lot.

JV helped a sick friend out by watching her DD for a while. She didn't get packed until this morning at 3 am-ish. No Focker points for you, missy! She dumped us for shopping yesterday. Have a great trip JV. We'll miss you!

Dawn found a house she likes. Can't do much until their's sells though. It been carpy weather there. No lookers this weekend. She wanted to stay in her PJs but couldn't.

T got all her cookies sold. Now she is putting together a doll house for Maddie. She promised some pics.

I'm girl scout cookied out....and I didn't even have to sell them!

Janet took Jimmy to the zoo and he morphed into a gorilla.She had to bring the gorilla back home and set him straight.

I have not seen those 60's in a few days. Today it is maybe 50. Now the rest of the week is supposed to be nice. Sunny and around 60.

She's doing pretty well. Threw up once, but has been fine since then. She's having a piece of toast right now. She doesn't have a fever or a sore throat, but then again, neither did DD5 last Friday. She just had a runny nose and didn't look well. I thought it was allergies and I just wanted confirmation of that before I started her on claritin or zyrtec. But, the doc swabbed her throat and it came back positive. DD7 seems to get an upset tummy when she has strep though, so that's why I want her to get checked.

I am so annoyed right now! I just finished doing my taxes and I owe almost $700! I have never had to pay before, always gotten a couple hundred back in fact. My income has not increased so I am wondering ***!


ETA: Never mind, I just looked at my previous years taxes and for some reason this year they took way less out from my pay cheques in taxes which is what is screwing me up. This is so annoying and I was totally not prepared to have to pay anything. I wonder why my employer messed with how much tax they take out each pay?

Next the adults went to Schmidt's. A German restaurant.
Everyone but Rockie's DH had the buffet. Like I said, no wiener salad, all kinds of brats and cabbage, kraut, potatoes, sausage stew. It was very good. Doug and I ordered a beer sampler. 6-2oz beers. They were all pretty good. Even the dark ones. We took dessert back to the house. The peanut butter fudge cream puff was to die for. The banana cream pie was also very good. The buffet was $14 and desserts were $2.50 w/buffet. We were stuffed.
They had a fudge/gift shop too. MMMMM. We got chocolate. It was kinda gooey but great tasting.

All the food sounds great! Looks like a great time!!!

I keep reading about all these trips to the Motherland and I'm JEALOUS!!! I wanna go now!!!!

ETA: Never mind, I just looked at my previous years taxes and for some reason this year they took way less out from my pay cheques in taxes which is what is screwing me up. This is so annoying and I was totally not prepared to have to pay anything. I wonder why my employer messed with how much tax they take out each pay?

So we got to the hearing place early, and waiting about 45 minutes before they took us in. It was very formal. I got sworn in even, so did KC. The judge asked us a few questions and we both had time to say what we wanted. He was nice enough. He told me it's hard because I'm so young to witch I told him I need the medical care and this is one of the only ways tog et it.

Now we wait....some more.

It lasted all of 10 minutes. Now probably another 4 weeks will go by until I hear.

SO we came home and took a nap (i had a wicked headache last night) and we just ordered some Chinese food for late lunch/dinner.

Well, it's as I figured, DD7 has strep too!

So, tomorrow will be another day stuck at home. She can't go back to school until she's been on the antibiotics for 24 hours. And DD5 doesn't have school tomorrow so I'll have them both at home.

Not much going on here. I'm attempting to get my Girl Scout cookie stuff done. I've figured out exactly how many boxes each girl sold (or will get credit for selling) and which prizes each girl has won. Now I have to wait to get sizes from the moms. And the rest of the money too.
