Hey guys! :wave2:

I am beat! Between Friday's cookie booth and today - we've sold out our entire inventory (1656 cookies)!! :cool1: My little girls had SO much fun - and so did I watching them work their cute little magic. :wizard: I was amazed at how they could convince even the crabbiest old men to buy a box of $4 cookies! :lmao:

I'm working on Maddie's miniature doll house now - it's a stress reliever belief it or not. I used to build miniatures before the kids came along. I'll post some photos of my progress.

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I'm looking forward to Monday so I can rest! ;)

ETA:

Have a great trip JenV! :goodvibes

I totally understand you, T. We had our final cookie booth this afternoon and I'm tired too. Unfortunately, we've still got about 30 boxes of cookies left. But, of course, they're not the kind that everyone wants. So, it's time to write all of my moms and see who wants what kind. Maybe we need to do a cookie garage sale....

OMG! We didn't even fill one entire page since 5 this AM! What is wrong Focker Friends?

I am in packing H. e .. ll o! I am exhausted! We are trying to get by with 3 carry-ons and 1 checked. Those darn airlines and their stupid fees!

Anyone know where the Universal store is in Orlando Airport? I have an exchange to make there!

I've never gotten into the other parts of Facebook. Now that I've got a Wii, I think I'll probably get Animal Crossing and try that.

YES get Animal Crossing...come play with us!!!!!!

Anyone know where the Universal store is in Orlando Airport? I have an exchange to make there!

it's on the main level between sides A & B.

Hello everyone! I am up late but it's the first chance I got to pop by.

Saturday was GREAT. I have a mini TR for you....

we headed into the city via the train. When we were going over the bridge I decided to take a pic...I kinda like it. Thats Manhattan in the background.

2022352160070748021S600x600Q85.jpg

We met up with my old HS friend, Eileen and her fiance AJ. We chatted for a while, and things were like 16 years never went by! Then we headed to dinner.

Here's where we ate...

2183464590070748021S600x600Q85.jpg

We had ramen noodle bowl and edamame and fried rice. YUM.

I actually remembered to take a pic on the way out too..

2083297840070748021S600x600Q85.jpg

We wandered towards where they had parked their car and chatted some more. We really had a great time. AJ does what KC does so they ahd a lot to talk about and 16 years time gave us girls a lot to fill in! We said goodbye to them around 10pm but felt like walking soem more.

We wandered around and made our way for a slice of the BEST pizza in NYC, Stromboli's.

2241900400070748021S600x600Q85.jpg

Man it was good.

Then walking towards the train home we noticed this truck parked in front of a starbucks store and decided to check it out. It is our new coolest NYC find!

It's called Dessert Truck (desserttruck.com) and the food was amazing!!! They made everything in the truck, even had a kitchen aid in there!

KC waiting for our order.

This is the "holy crap these are better than i thought from a truck" face.
2030491040070748021S600x600Q85.jpg

coconut, banana and milk chocolate macaroons.

We also got this:
2527481900070748021S600x600Q85.jpg

Chocolate bread pudding with bacon custard sauce. It was amazing. truly crazy good for a truck parked on the street at nearly midnight!

Then we headed to the train. it took us 3 trains to get home (transfers i mean) so by the time we were waiting for the 3rd one I was bored...
2549926550070748021S600x600Q85.jpg

This was NOT the train we needed.

It was a great night out!

Today we went to IKEA and had a ball wandering around there! We ate and shopped and came home with a new rug (tan in the middle and brown on the top and bottom), a cutting board and an ice tray. We have to decide on the furniture still.

Tomorrow is my disability hearing and I pray that I get it! I figure there isn't much I can or can't do about it so I am just hoping for the best but expecting the worst, ya know?!

So at about 10:30am say a some positive words for me, i'll be in the courtroom with KC then.

The plus about the day is he is off so we get to spend the day together.

Anyways I am off to bed, hope everyone had a great weekend!

I'm back!

Here's what I pulled from last Friday to today:

Angie had drinks with an old chum from FB.

Sharky now has neon colors added to the hoopty lawn. We need a picture! Her tooth fairy leaves gifts in the fridge????

Katt says they are still testing SB for allergies. It will take a while. Scott's trains are interfering with vacation. 2 year wait for a train??!!:scared1: Must be special.

About King's Island - Doug and I went there about 5-6 years ago. We love coasters. I grew up riding the beast. I guess we are due for another trip. I actually love the water park at Holiday World better. It doesn't have as many roller coasters but the park is so clean compared to KI. Plus free drinks and sun screen. Both parks are only 4 hrs from us. We can do them in a day.

V wanted to run away on Friday. Now she knows that her job is secure and feels much better!!!!:cheer2: Congrats, V. She went out to celebrate some B-days with friends and ended up with the Italian mafia. :rotfl2: Above, #1053

Z is chillin' like a villain in PR. She even went to a spa. She and Yani are going to WDW on the 26th and 27th.

Jo made cake and hoovered along with mommy panel. Her girls are tarts - oops I read that wrong- they made tarts.:lmao: She has also been working in the garden and walking.

Rosie says she is not retiring. She had a bad Saturday with people shuffling. I don't know what they would do if you did retire!

Mel says working in the library is exhausting. Her life is exhausting too!

CE has a sneaky Tooth Fairy. D did not find a boat yet.

Jodi says they found some nodules in her furbaby's liver. Needs a biopsy to see what they are. He's doing fine. She's is not sure they want to go that far yet since it means surgery and may be nothing. They got their Wii. She didn't get much scrapping done but did get to talk a lot.

JV helped a sick friend out by watching her DD for a while. She didn't get packed until this morning at 3 am-ish. :sad2: No Focker points for you, missy!:snooty: She dumped us for shopping yesterday. Have a great trip JV. We'll miss you!

Kat got some good sleep on Thursday night. She is feeling better. There is a mini-TR on this page, #1064. Her hearing is tomorrow for disability. Good Luck!

Dawn found a house she likes. Can't do much until their's sells though. It been carpy weather there. No lookers this weekend. She wanted to stay in her PJs but couldn't.

T got all her cookies sold. Now she is putting together a doll house for Maddie. She promised some pics.

MrsTK stopped by to say 'Hi!' She's been busy at work. Got that book started yet?

Janet took Jimmy to the zoo and he morphed into a gorilla. She had to bring the gorilla back home and set him straight.

Tig says 'Hi!' - Hello!

MrsKS may have killed her pet in the pet society.:scared1:

Dreamin' is still sick.  Nana has been able to help out. Get well soon!

Carrie was catching up.:confused3 Don't know where she went. Maybe to hug a big bottle of tequila.

G-Luv stopped in long enough to rub in the fact that she'll be in WDW this time next week. Gee, thanks. ;) ;)

Slate keeps checking to make sure we are behaving.:teeth:

Mini-TR from Ohio!

Our traditional wine shot! Rockie on the left, me on the right.
LeahsMarch111.jpg

We went to Texas Roadhouse to eat. A guy was making balloon animals for kids while we were there.
LeahsMarch002-2.jpg

We went to the St. Patty's parade. I handed the camera to rockie's oldest DD. They love taking pictures of themselves.

The Mongolian Man from BD's Mongolian BBQ and the Papa John's pizza slice had a smack down in front of us. It was too funny.

It was a pretty awesome parade.

Next the adults went to Schmidt's. A German restaurant.

Everyone but Rockie's DH had the buffet. Like I said, no wiener salad, all kinds of brats and cabbage, kraut, potatoes, sausage stew. It was very good. Doug and I ordered a beer sampler. 6-2oz beers. They were all pretty good. Even the dark ones. We took dessert back to the house. The peanut butter fudge cream puff was to die for. The banana cream pie was also very good. The buffet was $14 and desserts were $2.50 w/buffet. We were stuffed.
They had a fudge/gift shop too. MMMMM. We got chocolate. It was kinda gooey but great tasting.

We had a wonderful time. I wish she lived closer. I'm probably going back for my birthday weekend. Her oldest and youngest have May B-days also.
One pooped Max on the drive home.

This year, I've got the best birthday planned in the world! :yay: :yay: :yay:

Catch you Fockers later! :cool2:
Yay! Disney Birthday!!!

I had one of the strangest nights ever last night! It started normal enough - met friends at a restaurant for drinks and appetizers, then moved on to a couple other bars.
I'm way too old for this $#!^ :sad2:
That story sounded like our times in Vegas....Smokey, full of posers, and the VIP tables! Every bar is standing room ONLY unless you have one. Ugh. And I totally hear you on the smokey lungs. Last week when we went out I spent the whole next two days coughing! Blech.
You're not too old, but it does require some recovery time, doesn't it!?

At this time next week, I'll be in Magic Kingdom! :faint:
Dude, I know! Yay!!!

I'm off to pack & run to target and then the mall. There are a few things I want for the kids that were out in their sizes at the MOA.

Girls... I love the suggestions! I knew you all would have great ideas!
Ooooh MOA! (Oh, snap....you're gone to Disney!) Have fun!

It's so beautiful here today, we've been on a 5K walk, EE training :rotfl2: and we did it in 50 minutes which included waiting to cross roads etc so pretty good. I've then done loads of gardening and the girls have been playing with the neighbours kids. Lovely day :goodvibes
Whoa! Jo, your weekends sound exhausting! LOL... :goodvibes

Hi all :wave2: Another quick drive by for me. I am hoping to catch up soon.
Miss you too, Janet!!!

Well, I'm home from selling cookies again. And I'm beat! Morning came way too early this morning and I haven't stopped running yet. But I'm home now. It's beautiful outside and I'm getting ready to start the grill to make hamburgers and hot dogs for dinner. And I've still got laundry to finish...:laundy:

Have a wonderful rest of your Sunday!
We saw Girl Scouts EVERYWHERE we went this weekend! Last minute Cookie Blitz!

God evening all!Alittlebetter day today!!
Hope you can relax soon...

Is everybody behaving over here?
Nope. :rotfl2:

Hey guys! :wave2:
Hope everyone had a great weekend! I'm looking forward to Monday so I can rest! ;)
That's alot of cookies to sell!!! Good job! I can't wait to see the dollhouse pics...

So at about 10:30am say a some positive words for me, i'll be in the courtroom with KC then.

Of course! I will be thinking of you!

i love my ticker! just finished packing... ufta!
:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Janet took Jimmy to the zoo and he morphed into a gorilla. She had to bring the gorilla back home and set him straight.

ROFL!!!!

Loved all your pics! It looks like you guys had a blast. Rocky's girls are GORGEOUS!

Ah, as T said, I'm so glad it's Monday so I can relax! Today is my do NOTHING day....
The weekend was nice. However, it's really nice when everyone goes back to school/work and I can just chill out all alone at home! :rolleyes1

They are forcasting 56 degrees today and 66 tomorrow! Yay!!!! I am going to pack my things for Disney this week, so I'll spend some time getting that together. I haven't seen my summer clothes in about 7 months so I need to find them....LOL.

Hope you all have a wonderful day!

MEL:banana:

Morning all!

I keep reading about all these trips to the Motherland and I'm JEALOUS!!! I wanna go now!!!!

Oh well, instead I have a day of laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping and volunteering at school to look forward to. Fun, huh? :rotfl:

Just wanted to check in here before I run. Hopefully I'll be back later. Have a great Monday everyone!

Morning :goodvibes

Jodi, I am of no help when it comes to Columbia. We are about an hour and a half away, and really only go there once in a while. Sorry.

Kristel, great recap and your weekend looks like a lot of fun.

Kat, good vibes headed your way this morning :goodvibes  :goodvibes

********************

Not much going on here today. DH leaves for Jacksonville tomorrow morning for the rest of the week, so I think I'll spend the day catching up on laundry and cleaning.

Have a great day!

Anyone know where the Universal store is in Orlando Airport? I have an exchange to make there!
I've seen it .. I was thinking it was on the same level as the Monorail you catch to take you to some of the terminals.I would think you would pass it. :confused3

I must say MY best Birthday was the one in DisneyWorld... and they did not make that Big of a fuss... But.. Scott did talk us into MGM during "Sneak Peek Week" :rolleyes1 When they were practicing, and working out the bugs. Park was deserted, Wires laying around, and boards covering some wires and holes.

Wonder how quick I can find those old pictures

Hi Mel
Hi Kate
Jodi  My grocery trip is usually Thursday:headache:

House is quiet... have it all to myself  But the exterminator will be by later... so I had better tidy up around here.

Back in a bit

Good morning, Fockers! :goodvibes

One week until we're on the plane on our way to celebrating my best birthday ever!!! :yay:

Even though we don't leave until next Monday, I really only have a few days at home this week because the girls and I have our last Dallas dance competition/convention trip Friday- Sunday.

Today we're just doing school, dance and maybe heading to Target. I got a gift card from my SIL and $$ from my MIL for my Bday dinner last night. I want to re-do the kids bathroom when we move, so that's what I want to do with that. Baylie says it's weird to spend my bday money on their bathroom, but decorating makes me happy. :cloud9:

I also promised the kids we'd work in this book I bought that's about all the countires in Epcot. So, I want to do that this week. Maybe I can tout it as studying for our spy assignments in Epcot next week. :teacher:

Great pictures Kristel and Kat! Looks like a good time was had by all. :cutie:

Have a great Monday everybody! :dance3:

House is quiet... have it all to myself  But the exterminator will be by later... so I had better tidy up around here.

Back in a bit
I told the realtor that it was annoying to have to get up and get dressed on cold, rainy days just to have no one visit. He said I should try staying in my pjs , then someone would call! :lmao:

Well, my morning just blew up in my face.... or maybe I should say "threw up" as in DD7 coming home from school after 15 minutes and doing exactly that!

So, instead of my busy day trying to get things done, I guess I'll be working around the house until I take her in for a strep test at 1:20 this afternoon.:sad2:

At least I'll get the laundry done and maybe some cleaning. I can also get my grocery list made. :headache:

Morning All!:)
Kristel Thanks for the update You are almost the Bestest !:lmao: ( see Jo I said almost!!:rotfl2: )
Have to work 2nd job at 3 pm and have a lot of running around to do !!
So may not get back till tonite !!The DisMeets for May are looking awesome Check them out also my PTR ( Shameless Plug :rotfl: )
Well everyone have a good day !!!

THAT's the thing I hate about selling.... You have to be ready for a drop in at anytime.:headache: The LAST TIME we sold a home... that we were still living in( long story there) Joshua was a baby. Many times I would leave the house and park in the street in the alley and see how long the people stayed in the house. The longer they stay in it.. the better they like it.

Open Houses were murder... we had no where to go with a 9 month old

When you had 1 child come down with strep why did your Dr not give you script for the other one JUST IN CASE..:headache: Our kids Dr will do that for me.

Rainy and BLEAH outside... making me not want to do anything. Don't have much to do.. but things I COULD DO ...YKWIM.

garfield.jpg

HOWEVER.. SOMETIMES IT FEELS 3 DAYS LONG

Katt- I know. That's the hardest part. The kids want to take nice, long baths, but I worry someone will call. :sad2:

The realtor has an open house scheduled for both Sat and Sunday. The girls and I will be gone, so it'll be up to Kirt to take Aiden and the dog out of here. :rolleyes1
