It's cold here today, but no snow. But I think I did see some 60s later in the week!

I have to tell you a funny story that happened to me this morning. Sometimes when I get to DD5's preschool in the morning, the doors aren't opened yet. So, I brought a book along with me this morning to read while waiting in the parking lot. After dropping DD5 off at school, I was headed to the bank to deposit some Girl Scout cookie money. I just missed the turn light, so as I was sitting at the light, I pulled out my book. Well, I wasn't paying attention to the light and it turned, so the person behind me honked. As I made the turn, I realized that there was a sheriff right beside me and he turned on his lights. That's right, I got pulled over for reading at a stoplight!!!! He told me that it was dangerous to read and that I was just as impaired as a drunk driver. Of course, I did explain that I wasn't reading while driving and that I was sitting at a pretty long red light, but oh well, I got off with a warning. I'm not sure what he would have written a ticket for anyway.... let's see, reading while sitting in your car..... is that really against the law?? Funniest thing is that the sheriff that pulled me over looked to be all of 18 years old. Of course, he had a gun, so I did call him "Sir."

Actually here you could be charged with Reckless driving.!

We didn't get it. The guy called and said his daughter was renting it to a friend she works with. Then why list it for other people? I gues they were holding out to see iof this friend wanted it.

Back to Animal Crossing, my gates open if anyone wants to come by.

No, they are the oh crap Janet kept missing the driveway when we first moved in so Jim painted lines on the pole so she would know where to turn lines

Well I worked from home today, just signed off. 10 straight hours at home is much different that at the office. NO one to interrupt, no breaks. Well, at least I got a bunch of stuff done and I got work in sweat pants and DL fleece. Rocky is sooo ticked off about this weather, Namath is considers this white stuff puppy crack. My boys are such opposites.

Hi Everyone !! Not feeling to well !! Think it may just be tired from such a busy few weeks!! We ae celebrating DSIL's Birthday as he is flying down South tomorrow to see his Aunt ( His Second Mom) who is dying of Cancer!!e is a Lobster Lover so that's what he's having !! Hecan get his beloved Crawfish in Alabama!!
I wantto take tomorrow off but it is not looking good !!!

So Murph just called me, she got a postcard offer from WDW. WTH, I NEVER EVER got one, she goes once a decade, no less than that, and gets one. I can't even figure out how they got her mailing address???

She can't go for the dates offered, so she is calling them to make sure they send her more offers in the future

I do not miss living somewhere that has snow! All my FB friend from Memphis posted their pictures from yesterday. Today my mom and I had mani/pedis, went to lunch, and bought new Veras. All in all a good day. I have no idea what's in store for tomorrow.

Well School is closed again tomorrow WTH ?? The roads here are dry... at least call a 2 hour delay people.
Oh Well Roanoke County just got their wish. They made their Beloved 3 misses so now we will for sure be starting school next year in August.
