I just came home from "Talent Show" rehersals.

I really should have turned the video option on on my phone. ALL of us Mom's and Dad's were TERRIBLE. We were all sitting there sizing up the competition.
Yes Me too.

After a kid would perform.. you could hear the parents telling them what they were going to HAVE to do... to win or at least NOT EMBARRASS them

I do not have any idea WHAT to do with Sara's Hair. LONG STRAIGHT STUFF.

This is a "ROCK" song.

Thought about pulling it up towards the top of her head... Ponytailing it... Adding some hotrollers to it...for falling curls.

Maybe I should do spiral curls.

She will be wearing Either a silver sequin top with Jeans or black slacks
OR a Red sequin Jacket.. with white shirt and jeans.

Am I worried about the competition ?? Maybe One Act.

They got married in Epcot/Morroco and had a 12 day honeymoon at the World. THe pictures are gorgeous. I told Jim we have to get divorced so we can get remarried there

I’ve made about 30 dollars more since our last update. DS15 came home from school and saw that his Yugioh cards sold for 2$ per “baggie” and he ran inside to make more!

The booster seat sold. I got 10 dollars for it. That’s not too bad for something I’ve been packratting for the last 8 years or so! (ha, katt!)

Can you believe NO ONE has bought my Kate Spade purse? It’s so cute.

Oh, and this puppy either! Dang he’s cute.

Funniest story of the afternoon from the garage sale.....A woman came into my garage and whipped off her sweater to try on a top I’m selling. When she did it, her shirt went with it and she was standing in my garage in just her bra! LOL! No one saw though!

Sale went great today. I think I cut too many deals though. Oh well, at least I don’t have to put it all back inside!
Just about to pick up tables. DH is bringing home pizza!

I have a small sunburn on my cheeks. Total for the day was $242!!

I am going to start next week pulling out of our stuff out and pricing stuff. Did you mark the booster seat $10 or did you make a deal. I am trying tofigure out what to price some things.

I have a high chair, a stroller with the infant seat attachment (and the car seat piece too), 2 car seats (up to 40lbs) and a crib.

I was going to do DVD's for $2.00/each. VHS/$.50. Paperback books $.25 each/5 for $1.00, Hardbacks $1.00.

Things I need help with
Electric Griddle
Bread Machine
Blender
Smoothie Machine

I have other small household things (bowls, etc) and most of that stuff will be marked 25 cents to $1.00.

ANything we make will be going into the remodeling fund

Uh. Ok. Silly Lady.

I just put my smoothie maker out on the table!!! I marked it 10 bucks. I think that may be a bit high but people LOVE to talk you down. I will take 7 for it.

The bread machine should be more. It costs alot more new, right? I guess my advice after today is don't cut deals on the first day. I cut deals about an hour into my sale, and then some lady said "you don't cut deals till the last day at the last minute!" Oh, duh. Yeah that makes sense. But, I just really don't want it all back inside!

I don't know about the stroller but it sounds cool. Maybe you can do some searches on Ebay? Let me know if I can help with anything else. (if i did help, that is..lol)

I will have to check Ebay I didn't think of that. We only have this planned for 1 day. Whatever doesn't sell on June 7th wiull be put away for the one that is scheduled neighborhood wide in the fall

What about putting it in a pony tail and topsy-tailing it to go up through the hole so it flips back down. Then, tease it and possibly add steaks or a colored hair piece. You can also put some of those little diamond twity-things from Claires in it on the sides. Viola! I AM the TFW Creative Person!

OK so I just went to the TR you suggested Janet...LOVE IT! They actually got married on our wedding day!

We went shopping today for a while. I got a shirt and 2 new pairs of shorts! Lane Bryant is having a BOGO sale so my sleep shorts were free! Needless to say I'm going back tomorrow without KC so I can try on some more stuff.

I think I'm going to pick KC up at work tomorrow so we can go out to eat somewhere since he usually doesn't work friday. Should be fun!

I've been MIA preparing for my big catering debut this Sat. I've been to Costco and the grocery store. Tomorrow marks prep day.

I went to the gyno today. Got all purtied up. Washed, shaved and pampered myself in all the right spots. A friend watched Tink for me, so I didn't have a little trouble whilst I was in a bad position. When I got there and check in, the lady told me I didn't have an appt She looked me up and I do have one next Wednesday. I got all gyno-gized and I didn't even need to! I just made the appt on Monday. The appt making lady told me I was in luck that there was a Thursday opening this week. Not sure what she was smokin.

The pictures are beautiful. I can't imagine the amount of planning that took and who knew you could get married in other places other than GF wedding pavillion .

Ya know Janet you could always just renew your wedding vows and get married again. There's this Spanish talk show host that gets remarried every year in Disney.

I finally figured out the secret to my kids not having a "paddie" when they play "miniture golf" DO NOT KEEP SCORE. Because if we do... we are miserable.
So the next time ( IF THAT EVER HAPPENS) you are having a bad game... just tell them ... "Oh lets just forget the game and JUST HAVE FUN "!!

Maybe we can Americanize that saying... "Paddie" and call it a ""PADDIE-MELT" OoooooHHH yeah... that's BAD
