Now that's the version I know... but Sara says no one else knows that version.
Well tell her that that is the proper version :snooty: :rotfl2:

Soooo we did not hit any trees or throw any clubs or even threaten to sell them. :rolleyes1
Competetive thing aren't we ?? Last week you had a "Paddie" :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
I just wish I had known last week what you call hissy fits"

I finally figured out the secret to my kids not having a "paddie" when they play "miniture golf" DO NOT KEEP SCORE. Because if we do... we are miserable.
So the next time ( IF THAT EVER HAPPENS) you are having a bad game... just tell them ... "Oh lets just forget the game and JUST HAVE FUN "!!:yay:

Maybe we can Americanize that saying... "Paddie" and call it a ""PADDIE-MELT" OoooooHHH yeah... that's BAD
:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: I didn't have a paddie on the course though, only when I retold the story :rotfl2: And I'm not that competitive but I HATE losing money and the competition today cost $4 to enter, thing is in the next round I have to play the best lady (well girl she's 18) in the club so I haven't got much of a chance :rotfl2:

Jo: So what if she's 18! You've got mad golf skillz, yo! :rotfl:

Katt: Wouldn't it be a Paddie-Melt...down? Ha! :rotfl2:

Mel’s Garage Sale- Day two

It’s beautiful out today! The sun is shining, the birds are singing and it’s it’s about 50 degrees! It’s supposed to be in the high 60’s later.

I’ve had three customers so far. Today’s total so far: $7.75

I figured it out last night and I made approx. $26.00 per hour yesterday. I have never had a job that pays that much. Maybe I can work this into a full-time gig..... :confused3

9:15 am- Mr. Potato Head and accessories just sold. Bye Potato Head!!! She also bought a game. I’m $7 richer!

I had two last night. They were DELICIOUS!!! Then I fell asleep on the couch. Whoops.

:rotfl2:

The parents are always the worse :rotfl2:

A strop, big grump :thumbsup2 Oh and BTW Hi Jen :hug: ;) :rotfl2:

:lmao: Good to know!

A Cow paddie? :confused3
:lmao: :rotfl2:

That's the kind we have around here! :rotfl:

I've been MIA preparing for my big catering debut this Sat. I've been to Costco and the grocery store. Tomorrow marks prep day.

I went to the gyno today. Got all purtied up. Washed, shaved and pampered myself in all the right spots. :thumbsup2 A friend watched Tink for me, so I didn't have a little trouble whilst I was in a bad position. ;) When I got there and check in, the lady told me I didn't have an appt:confused3 She looked me up and I do have one next Wednesday.:confused3 I got all gyno-gized and I didn't even need to! :headache: I just made the appt on Monday. The appt making lady told me I was in luck that there was a Thursday opening this week. Not sure what she was smokin.:rolleyes1

:lmao: I call that "getting ready for summer"!

Jen2... every girl needs a "DRY-RUN" when preparing for one of them things. :lmao:
And as Mel now knows... there is "Practice Runs" for Mamograms too;)

I'm Jen2...and I don't know to what you are referring! ;) :rotfl:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My baby is graduating from 6th grade today. Pray that I don't sob outloud please!
Hey, all...
I started reading and had some quotes going yesterday morning, then D needed my computer (why, I'm not sure) and I never got back on.
So...
Hi to all!
Jen, have a fun day!
Amy, at that point I (and I promise I'm not violent) would have really wanted to smack your niece, or at least her mom. :headache:
V, congrats on the AKV!
Mo, glad the new boss is nice!
Janet, have a great LONG weekend.
Jo, congrats on the golf, and yay for Ellie's voice, but I'm not sure that deodorant equals love. ;) Does she even NEED it yet? :)
Mel, glad the sale is going well! Boo to the mean lady with the $10.
Kat, sorry about the guests cancelling.
Z, hope your stress with mom improves. :)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

D was in an awful mood yesterday - so nice to have him home. :rolleyes: No, really, he was just really stressed about trying to get a bunch of stuff done before next week. It was better by afternoon.

It was a rainy day, too, so that didn't help with moods.

I worked out this morning and then spent the last 45 minutes catching up, having breakfast, etc. :thumbsup2

D ran down to work, but he's coming back early in the p.m. and we're going to try to hit a matinee of Prince Caspian. I think we'll go to the "cinema pub" that's around here - they have a full menu (and bar :rolleyes1 ) and old limo seats around tables. It's pretty cool, and it won't be as crowded, I hope, if we can get there early. I just don't want to deal with the lines for Indy (which I want to see, but feel the boys can't.)

Anyway, I likely won't be on again for a while if at all today, so have a great Friday! Gotta go get the kids!

:grouphug:

Oh - and thanks to all who agreed that I'm not a bad mom. :goodvibes

Jen2: I'm sending a :hug: for you. My oldest did that grad a few years ago and I DID sob outloud. DS10 has one more year....

Can't wait to hear about the reveal!!!

Mel, we're due for an update.

Okay, masquerade party update....I've got two going as Death Eaters, and my #2 son is going as Mickey :thumbsup2 Yup, the five year old decided to pair up with his oldest brother and be a Death Eater :confused3 "But Momma, they travel in groups so that's what I have to be."

I guess Mickey travels alone?

How are all the kiddos?
