Team 8 Jessica's Rabbits Bios and Info

Hi all

sorry - I had a bad week...I am recovering from bronchitis and my lungs rebelled when I tried to do too much...

so I have only one mile and 2.5 hours

Hi Team...

Craig...I was going to email but I"m being lazy and will post here.

Week One Totals:

Miles: 30
Hours: 11.33

Breakdown in case anyone is wondering...
Ran: 11 Miles (low on the mileage...that should bump up soon)
Ski Machine: 7 Miles
Cycling: 12 Miles
Took 4 Classes (Yoga, Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, Spinning)
Taught and Took 4 Classes (Fusion Flow x 2; Intermediate Pilates x 2)

My body is just screaming :(. Everything hurts...I feel worse tonight than I did after Goofy. Honest! I'm off to an epsom salt bath.

Great week everyone! :thumbsup2

Ok Craig, I'm too lazy to look back through the thread to find your e-mail address (actually, I just feel guilty that I took your e-mail address and posted it all over bathroom walls in the Cincinnati area ;) ), so I wanted to post my miles/hours here.

I had 41 miles and 7 hours, 25 minutes total. I was hoping to get a second bike in this week to boost the miles, but alas, I ran out of time. I'll try to do that next week.

Great job on the efforts, guys! I will say that I'm very surprised this little game has motivated me as much as it has. I actually considered biking tonight after my swim and run just to add to the total. :)

Have a good evening, team!

Steve

Holy cow, Amy! That's quite the week! Is that about an average week for your yoga, pilates, spinning, etc? That wears me out just looking at those numbers. Nice job!

Wow, my totals are really low to compared to everyone else's. :scared: I'm not nearly as tired as I've been the past couple of months, but my energy levels are coming back up, so hopefully my numbers will be better the next few weeks. :thumbsup2 Anyway, my totals are:

Miles--16.75
Hours--2:24

Great job everyone!

Krista

Oh, and if we want to be sneaky, Hines had 9:25 miles and 2 hours. ;)

Thanks Everybody

I've put in the spreadsheet all the data I have.

I've noticed the miles add up correctly once I changed the sum formula to include all the rows. The hours, however, aren't adding up, even after changing the sum. It may be we need to go to hours in decimals.

We're looking great, with 7 reporting and 9 still to be heard from, we have 90.86 miles.

Craig

Ok Ok...I'll just post here too :)

Total Hours: 7 hours, 3 minutes
Total Miles: 53.41 (give or take a hundreth :rotfl: )

Breakdown:
Running: 19.76 miles, 2:59:57
Walking: 4 miles, 60:00
Real Cycling: 16 miles, 58:03
Elliptical & Stationary Cycling: 13.65 miles, 1:05:00
Pilates: 1:00:00

Hoping to get a little more miles on the real bike and a lot more pilates this upcoming week :)

Way to go everyone!! We've done an awesome job!

Well I emailed the great Calcio with my spreadsheet but I can post the jist of it here.
Miles: 79.52
Hours: 8.23

Breakdown
Run Miles: 17.51
Run Hours:3.06
Bike Miles:60.87
Bike Hours:3.91
Swim Miles: 1.14
Swim Hours: 45 minutes
Misc Hours: 30 minutes really called the concept 2's at the gym

So I have been a very industrious rabbit and am feeling great. The bike miles help with the run miles and how I feel doing them. Plus I think I finally have a race calender to report.
April 6 Martian Half Marathon
May 4 Minnie Marathon
September Maui Half Marathon
December 14 Honolulu Marathon
January 8 Mickey
Plus I am hoping to get some 5ks and 10 milers in the area. And wait for it some Triathlons. Well that is all I have to report.
Erin

Craig:

When I uploaded the spreadsheet, I noticed I lost a lot of formatting. I just went back and looked and my custom formatting for time was also changed. I'm so NOT happy about this.

I'll be trying to figure out an alternative...

Thanks Darcey, and sorry for asking about this. You've certainly done a great deal already.

I keep my own log with time in decimals. I have to admit I've never used the hours:minutes format so I don't know how it calculates sums.

If you need me to do anything with our numbers I'm happy to do it.

Craig

Hey Y'all!

Nasty day down here in SW Florida today, rainy, floody, wild boars in the streets wearing compression shorts - it's Armageddon for sure.

Anyway, yesterday I turned in 46 minutes @ 4.02 miles (that's for you, Craig!)

A lousy pace, but it was a lousy day and I needed to just walk it out:headache:

take care,
Jeff

Craig:

Decimals must be the way to go then. You track that way and that's what popped into my head as I was driving to work, so that's the answer.

I'll go in and change the formats and let everyone know. The next issue will be how how specific to be. Do we track 15 minute intervals (1.25, 1.5, 1.75, etc.) or will we do 1.16 for 1 hr 10 min for example. Any thoughts?

Jeff

Can you give me the entire week? Sorry, but that's a lot easier for me than tracking you day by day.

Darcey

I am so sorry the format changed in the transfer. I have changed around our tab to keep the time by decimal, and updated our team's hours similarly to decimal in the aggregate score sheet. I don't know if it's better to have one very unlucky person to make all the changes, or have each captain do it individually, but I have done it for us.

Thanks
Craig

I just want to say that I think our team did fantastic this week!!! :thumbsup2

Kate...Don't feel bad...just get yourself better. That's most important. Running/walking or doing anything with bronchitis is not good :(. Just take care of yourself and get back to it when you feel good again!!! :goodvibes And I just want to add that I think your design for the Eye2Eye shirt is beautiful!! The castle on the front is just sooo cool. Thanks for volunteering your time to do that. I know it's getting a little sticky with the shirts...but I really appreciate what you did and I think it's an awesome design! Everyone working on the shirts is putting a lot of time in, carrie, mel, yourself, sunny, etc....I think it's awesome!

Steve...Thank you for the comments. Yeah, that's about an average. I just think my body is still in recovery mode from Goofy and everything feels so much harder. I have added more yoga into the mix since I think I'll be getting my certification in that soon. So I'm trying to put the hours in so I can be at the top of my game. Spinning will be a weekly thing for me...I just can't wait to spend more time on my road bike once the weather calms down. You had an impressive week yourself! :thumbsup2

Erin...HOLE E. COW. You rocked it. Look at those numbers. Thanks for all those workouts LOL! You're a machine!!!!

Good morning...

I have some things going on that make it necessary for me to step out of this challenge...but I don't want to leave you all in a lurch and down a team member - so until you guys find a replacement I will stay on the team. Just let me know.

Just do what you need to do and know that we as a team will support you. Plus maybe you can come back latter in the year.

Hello Kate

I'm sorry circumstances will force you to step away. I suspect the teams will all have folks stepping out and stepping in, based on the other duties that drive our lives. Don't worry about hanging on until we get a new person, since I don't know if that will or will not happen.

Good luck and if you'd like to keep in touch, please do.

Take care

Craig

Hello Jeff, Helen, and Susan

Do you have Feb 1 - 7 miles and hours for me? I have all the other numbers from the first week's result in the socrecard. If you have some miles we could use them, as team 5 has leapt ahead of us, largely based on the 98 miles Thundrmat produced this week (wow!).
