Well, Ohana, it had to happen. I just hit my personal ceiling for the amount, length, and intensity of training and needed some days off. As I like to say, I've been shamelessly flirting with Overtraining for a while now, but when he & Injury asked me for a strange kind of double date I decided to leave the party. I'm just not that kind of girl.

NOTES
I bagged my M & W runs because I was exhaustedfeeling overtrained, achey, and more than a little mitchyand took some rest days.
Running/Walking/RW: Treadmill and pavement.
XT activities: Circuit and strength training (incl. free weights, circuit training, core work, and flexibility exercises), elliptical trainer, rowing, and stationary bicycling. Im now playing with Pilates.
Pedestrian/Commuter Miles are walking with a purpose to/from neighborhood destinations (Ive slowed down to account for 16:00-18:00 mpm in regular conditions to work on my form); they do not include walking inside a destination or between destinations within a neighborhood (i.e. this is just commute time). This week included a lot of walking within neighborhoods looking at housing, most of it with DOOD, who thinks I move quickly when Im walking!
Richard: I'm very sorry to hear about your office & your past couple of weeks. It sounds very stressful, and I hope you're doing all right given the circumstances.
