I started the month off by racing a sprint tri (my second tri) up in St. Albert, Alberta. It was a lot of fun and I felt pretty great despite still recovering from my marathon the weekend before. I've got the full write up on my blog in case you are interested in reading it!

Keep up the good work team, you guys are all doing really well!
 
Yesterday was my cross training day, I did 32 minutes of yoga and strength training.

Hey team, this week has been pretty quiet for me. Apart from a tri on Monday, I've swum twice and finished off my last boot camp class. No running or biking. I met with my new tri coach last night and she advised me to recover well because she's going to help me train for WDW and she's going to up my intensity from what I've been doing on my own. I'm excited about that! I'll probably try to get in a run of some sort and a bike this weekend, but otherwise I'm going to be taking it easy!

I think for the week I have 2 hours 32 minutes total and 9.1 miles total. This is for 9/1-9/7.

I managed:
Total Time: 04:30:48
Total Dist.: 25.0 Mi
But that doesn't include doubling my mileage for my race on Monday...

I did get out for 5.21 mi today and the run felt not too bad. Guess it is time to start training for that marathon!
 
Better late than never...

8/22-8/31: 571 minutes, 46.4 miles
9/1-9/7: 465 minutes, 35.4 miles

Another 1/2 marathon this weekend and one more 20 miler until I can taper.
Less than 5 weeks until my first marathon! :cool1:
