Teachers who think your giving them attitude.

I was in my 2nd period class, which was math.
I have been absent alot so I had about 5 missing assignments.
Well my teacher gave me a sheet of paper that said I only had one missing, and I just stood there with my mouth wide open in shock.
She said, "Don't give me attitude. Just get your work done."
I wasn't giving her attitude, I was just shocked because I thought I had more than one.
I hate it when teachers assume we are giving them attitude.
It makes me sick.

Welll, I think it's happened to me once, but can't remeber all the details. Anyway, I think that she shouldn't have assumed that you were "giving her an attitude", it's kindda rude. Thank God you only have ONE missing assignment!

Has it ever occured to teachers, that its rude to call people rude like THAT?

I was talking to my teacher once, and I said "well I dont know what I think about this whole election with Hillary and Obama" and my teacher said "Thats really rude, you shouldnt talk like that?" "Uhm, excuse me?" "DONT YOU TALK BACK TO ME!" "Im sorry, I-" "STOP IT, DONT INTERUPT ME WHEN IM TRYING TO TALK TO YOU YOUNG LADY" "I thought you wer-" "Thats it, go sign my warning book"

If any of my teachers had ever talked to me like that in high school I would have had my mom tell the principal. Not to be a tattle but that is so disrespectful. Those teachers are being paid (usually) with tax payers money. WE are their pay checks! RUDE. I can't believe that teachers are actually like that though. I really can't believe that exists!!! I had some "mean" teachers but they never talked with an attitude like some of you describe.

my teacher thinks i give her attitude cos i don't sit in my place in form time i've tried telling her i don't enjoy sitting there the people just make fun of others in the classs but as she like that group of peole she doesn't care

i didn't even do anything serious she is just looking for people to tell off she always does

My maths teacher isn't particularly rude to me just very annoying.

Mr.T- Harri what is the answer
Me- I don't know sir i missed yesterday's lesson
Mr.T- Oh off with the cambridgers were you. Well take a guess.
Me- I don't know.

Me- Umm you use the midpoint so it'd be 450?
Mr.T- Ah so yet again you do know. No wonder they kicked you out of rougemont.
(Rougemont was the private school i used to attend before i transferred to a public school for reasons unknown. my friend told my maths teacher that i was kicked out of it though)

My math teacher does too!

She was handing out calculators for a test, and there are a bunch of people in the class that she is really mean too.
And she refused to give these two girls calculators, even though she had like, 5 left.
And the girl goes "Your playing favorites, that's not fair."
And the teacher goes "Yes I am. And your not the favorite"

I was like, 'WHAT??'

She is also very mean to the whole class. Like this one time we were talking and she goes "Everyone, please be quiet"
So, everyone got quiet and looked up at her. Then this kid, T, looked over to his friend and asked for a calculator.
So my teacher starts screaming, I mean, literally screaming, at all of us about how we are all rude, and disrespectful and waste time and we are all stupid. Yes, she really said that. And then me and my friends were thinking, "She says we waste time? She just wastes 20 minutes screaming for no reason." Her face was like, beat red. It was crazy.

I just hate it when people misunderstand me in general.

Like last Friday when one of my bosses was showing me some thing about the cash register, he says 'Calm down, just relax.' I was very calm! I admit, a lot of the time I'm antsy, but not that day. He just kept repeating it all day long and it really got on my nerves.

Oh, me too.
It really makes me mad when someone is like "Stop yelling." or "Calm down"
When i am not yelling and am very calm.
It really upsets me when someone misunderstands me.

And it was completely weird too. I don't see how he thought I was anxious at all. I was just leaning on the counter nodding my head as he showed me the buttons.

Maybe he's just really bad at reading people.
