Teacher Rates?

Someone in one of the threads I was reading mentioned teacher rates. DH is a teacher, but I was unaware of any special rates we could receive. How do we qualify for this? Thanks for your help!

The Swan/Dolphin has teacher/govt./nurses rates. They are not as common as they used to be, but they are still around $150-$169, which is about half of the normal S/D rate. You can go to the DIS S/D page and plug in your dates. There's a drop down menu to plug in teacher rate, but when they have a lot of conventions booked it's not available.

Thanks for your reply. I sort of remember now reading something about this and finding that we didn't qualify since we already have reservations at All Star Sports. Darn! We'll remember this special rate for next time.
