Help!
We are cruising 5-25-02. Is the Tea with Wendy I've read about an activity in the Kids Club or is it something you have to reserve a spot for in advance? I know my DD 4.5 would go bonkers for it! Any info would be greatly appreciated!;)

In your Daily Navigator it will list a time during the cruise to pick-up your tickets to Tea With Wendy. Get their early because the line fills up. The location will be noted in the Navigator. They will then tell you where to attend the Tea. It is usually in the Stuido Sea club on Deck 4. I think they handed out tickets on Sunday morning and the Tea was either on Monday or Tuesday, if I can remember correctly.

It was very nice. We got their early and had tables right up front. Wendy picks two little boys from the audience and teaches everyone the proper way to serve "Tea". It is very cute. All the tables in the club are set with tea pots and choc. chip cookes. The tea is iced tea not hot tea.

We had a great time having tea with Wendy on our 1st 7 day 11/24/01. We (me, DW, DS8, DD4) also happen to be sailing on the same cruise you are on, 5/25 and will certainly do it again - the pictures from it are great! Remember to get your tickets as soon as they open because they do run out. Perhaps we will see you there!

Just in case you don't get tickets, show up anyway and they might have a spot for you. When we did tea in August, about
40% of the tables were no-shows. When we got our tickets, they ran out in about 15 minutes, so I know the place should have been filled.

Hey!
I'm glad to see another 4 year old on our cruise. Is your DD still 4? My DD is and will be 5 in July. Maybe they will meet up on the ship. She does much better in activities when she has someone to pal around with.

Yes she is. She just turned 4 in Feb. Also have a DS8. Both of them loved the kids club activities when we went in Nov. 2001. They made lots of friends in the club, and I sure we'll see you there.

Last year my son was chosen as one of the boys to have tea with Wendy. He was 3 1/2. He was so cute up there. Wendy has asked another boy, but he was too shy, so she asked my son, and he was ready, willing and able.

He corrected us later when we asked him if he liked the cookies. He said Wendy called them biscuits! LOL and we needed to hold our pinkies out when we drank our tea.

It was great! Make sure you bring your camera. She lets you pose with her after tea!
