Tea question

I agree, I like a pot of tea in the morning. I enjoyed when at Palo brunch on the Fantasy they brought me a pot of tea. I even commented to our Palo server how nice it was and he said they just got a new batch of newly designed pots.

I had to laugh when I read this, as I'm an iced tea snob. Glad to know I'm not the only tea snob. My DH gets so irritated when I start asking questions, like "do you brew it here?" "is it sweet or unsweet?" "how long ago was it made?" I bring my own tea bags, make hot tea, then add ice (all at the drink stations). Whatever works, right?

On our last cruise two weeks ago, I did the same thing. I used one of the ship's cups to make hot tea, waited a few minutes and then poured it into a thermal cup filled with ice. It took a bit longer than using the drink dispenser but the tea tasted so much better.

Regarding ordering a carafe of hot water to the room and using my own tea bags, are there mugs already in the room or do I need to bring something to drink it out of?

I've read on other boards that you can ask for the mugs with room service.
