TDS after Thanksgivng?

Anyone know what The Disney Store is doing special the day after Thanksgiving this year??

I remember last year the store here had their annual Pooh Holiday beanie for sale. They were telling me how they use to give out numbers to sell him.
Last year he finally made it to the sale rack and they still had plenty! They couldn't give them away. But even the Pooh fans here didn't think much of last year's beanie.
I wondered if they would cut back the numbers this year.

Maybe they will surprise us by stocking the stores with some desireable merchandise....


(sorry for the sarcasm, but what the heck are they thinking? TDS has become nothing more than a high priced toystore, with a few kids clothes thrown in to vary the merchandise. I used to love going into TDS, it was like getting a little taste of the Magic when you couldn't be at the parks. Now it's just plain B O R I N G).

Thank goodness for ladies' sleepwear. 50% off today and I got everyone on my list covered. Add the hubby's 35% CM discount and WOW, what a deal. Even got my free DVD because I went over $75. I do miss the collectibles.

So, did the stores move on to the DVD/VHS promo that starts tomorrow because they ran out of the snowglobes?
DH says it doesn't make any sense for me to spend $65 to get a $20 DVD.

Yes! We started the video promo because we ran out of the snowglobes by 1pm on Sat. after just beginning it on Fri.

The response to that promotion was overwelming!

I beleive one of the door buster deals was a free nutcracker Mickey with a certain dollar amount purchase. By the time I got to work yesterday afternoon, that was over. Free Stitch w/a $40 (pre-tax, post discount) purchase, while supplies last this weekend.
