TCM Cruise on Fantasy for Oct 4 cancelled

We were on the Turner Classic movie Cruise scheduled on the Fantasy from October 4 to 10. It just officially cancelled yesterday and rescheduled for 2021. We took the refund but the alternative was either a room upgrade or when those ran out, a 400 credit per person. The 2021 cruise is scheduled for Oct 24 to 30 and we will probably go but this wasn’t enough of an incentive to not take the refund of the amount we had already paid. I assumed it would cancel but it’s too bad.

These are the dates we were supposed to be at WDW.... we are concerned also. I am sorry you won't be able to cruise, hopefully they make 2021 even better!

So will Disney offer that as a sailing option now? Was that TW-TMC decision? Did Disney say “Sorry TMC too many people or we don’t think we will be sailing by then.” We all know they know, especially with Disney not opening now.

There was no indication about who made the decision. But since all cruises are grounded until sept 15 based on CDC rules it makes sense.

CDC is not having discussions with cruiselines. Rumor is CDC wont allow sailing til 2022. It's a wait and see. Thousands of crew members still sitting on ships not allowed to get off.
