Tchoup Chop !

Not yet, but we've got a reservation for Thursday, 22 May.

I saw the making of that restaurant . It looks absolutely fabulous. They showed the wait staff being trained and they go threw a lot. I'm begging to go there on our next trip ;).

I'm pretty sure Fantasia Sam or UK Deb have eaten here (or it might be that they WANT to eat there;) )

They'll see this soon!:p

We are just back from our holiday and yes we had a meal there! We had a week at Disney then 5 nights in Naples. The drive back up to Orland was a long one, around 5hrs with a lunch stop. The kids were really hard work. When we checked in to Royal Pacific Resort at Universal they were REALLY busy as it was Good Friday. It was quite chaotic. By this time I needed a break from the kids or tempers were going to snap so we booked them into the Mariners Club (a kids club). At last a moment to breath! We got dressed up and walked down to Choup Chop to see if they could fit us in. They put us up by the bar area as they were fully booked, but that was fine by us. By the time I'd had a coctail or two I felt quite restored to my usual good humour! The staff were very attentive. We were brought some 'Shrimp Wonton' with peanut dipping sauce while we perused the menu. I had a delicious steak with mashed potatoes which was far too much and I could not finish and I can't remember what DH had, but he said it was wonderful too. I think we were very lucky to get in there as we heard people talking about booking months in advance! We loved the RPR and would go back again, but it was impossible to buy milk for my 4yr old. DH had to keep going to the coffee shop and asking for a glass of milk, which sometimes they could not provide. We actually preffered the Contemporary Resort in many ways, especially for the Food and Fun Center, whre it was easy to feed the kids any time of day without having to sit down to a formal meal. The kids loved the kids club and asked to visit again, so we put them there for our last night and had a quick wip round Universal Studios, doing the big rides together that we had previously done with baby swap!
