Taxis

Does anyone know whether it is possible to get a taxi from one Disney property to another or do you have to use buses?

We stayed at GF and used taxis several times and we used a taxi to go to the Board Walk Villas to have a look around. I think though that most disney hotels are linked by their transport system so many people would question the need. We were pressed for time and I've got an account through work with Meers (i think thats the name) so thats why we used them.

P.S if you have got kids and want to use child seats in taxis it is always a gamble if the taxis have them

You can get taxis from every Disney resort to anywhere - you just ask the valet or bell services to call one for you if there isn't one already waiting at the hotel.

Obviously if you're at a MK resort and you want to get to another MK resort then the monorail is easy.

Otherwise to get to one resort to another on the bus you have to get a bus to Downtown Disney or a theme park and then another bus from there to the resort of your choice.
