On Monday Jan 25 we will have to be at the MK TTC bus station at 7:15 AM, will there be taxis at the hotel readily available or will I have to call one? Do I call them or can they do that at the front desk? We are staying at CBR so what time should I leave the hotel? I was thinking 6:30. This is also the day we go home, plane leaves at 3:35, so ME should be taking us about 12:30. There is a place to leave my luggage on this morning while we do the YES class right? And I will have to take it with me on ME since I am flying Southwest is this correct?

Generally the taxis are right outside in the parking lots near the main building. Because of the set up at the CBR I would think that you would need to go to the Custom House to get a taxi. Depending on which building your are in you can either walk or take the internal bus to the Custom House.
When we've stayed at the value or moderate resorts, we were told to go to someone at luggage services to call for the cab, the cabs are generally within yelling distance.
Because you have to get to the Custom House I would give yourself plenty of travel time.
On the day you leave, you can call luggage services and they will get your luggage and store it for you at the resort. When you are ready to leave you just need to go and claim your luggage and go out to the ME bus stop. If your plane is schedule to leave at 3:35, your pick up time should be around 12:30, you should be at the ME bus stop 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. The day before you leave you will have an envelope on your door that will have the letter in it that will give you your pick up time.

You can call or stop at Bell services about two days before you leave and make a reservation with them to have someone come pick you up at your room and take your luggage to the Custom House. You just need to let them know the time, how many people and approximately how much luggage, so they can send the proper sized cart for you. It is good to arrange this ahead of time, if they are super busy - since you are on a schedule. You should tip for this service.

They will store your bags and give you a claim check, which you use when you return back to the resort to pick up your luggage and leave on ME.
