Taxis Disney Downtown?

I plan on using a taxi to get to Disney Downtown and back. I plan on just having the hotel call for a taxi for me to get there, but when I am there are there certain places where taxis sit in a line and wait for people or will I need to call them?

Three locations pretty well spread out. Many taxis and vans at each one. The locations may be somewhat different from the map provided due to current construction. But should be close.
