Taxi ?

Hi -
I'm staying at Pop Century. In case we decide to take a taxi back to the resort from any of the theme parks - Are there always a string of taxi's lined up or do you need to call for one in advance?

I've seen taxis sitting in the bus area at Epcot and also at the TTC for MK. Not sure about MGM or AK, didn't notice but they are probably there.
