Hi everyone, it's me again! It's only 6 days to our first ever trip to DLP and I'm sooooo excited!!! :yay:

I'm also starting to panic a bit about silly things, so please excuse my daft questions!

I have booked RS Transports for our transfer to DLP and I was thinking if our plane is delayed (hopefully it won't be) will our driver know and turn up when our flight has landed or will I have to phone them when we've arrived? The telephone number on their confirmation email starts +33 - is that if I am phoning from the UK? What number would I dial from France?

I think I will email them in a couple of days just to make sure they have our correct details as it was a few months ago I booked it.

When we have been delayed they have still been waiting for us as well as waiting for us when we lost our luggage.

Don't worry - rs/bs transports take your flight number when you book with them, and they will be waiting for you, even if your flight is delayed.

If you need to call them, and you're using a landline in France to do it, you would drop the 0033 from the number and input a 0 instead. If you're going to use your mobile (UK tarriff) to call rs transport, you would put 0033 in front of the number.

We were a little delayed when we arrived but the driver called me when i was collecting our luggage. They wait for you though if your flight is delayed, I guess they must be very used to that lol.
