Taxi to golf course time

I'm staying at OKW at the end of July and plan on playing golf three times while I'm there. Getting to LBV is no issue (I assume), and know that I can get a complimentary taxi to the other courses.

Two questions though:

1) How long is the trip from OKW to the Magnolia course (and either Palm or Osprey Ridge)?

2) How long does it take to get a taxi early in the AM? I would be looking to play in the 7:00 to 8:00 am time frame.

We stayed at OKW in September and played at LBV. Very quick ride. As far as wait, there is none at all really, at least for us. We had a 650 tee time, the first of the day. We got to the front desk at about 600 and they gave us the voucher. We went outside to the bellman and he called the cab. It took LITERALLY 30 seconds for the cab to pull up. For the ride back, it took about 2 minutes for the cab to pull up. We asked the driver how it's so quick and he said that they wait right outside the gates of the resort and courses because they know that the vast majority of cab usage is for golf. Both drivers were great. On the way back, we asked to be dropped at our villa, instead of the gate. Driver said no problem. We had asked in the morning and the desk said they could only drop us back at the hospitality house. So, even thought the tip is included in the voucher, we gave the guy a little extra. All around a very easy experience.

Thanks. I was actually thinking of just walking to LBV since we're staying basically on the 3rd hole.

How long of a drive though is it to Magnolia?

I've only played at LBV (first trip since I started playing) so I can't answer that. The tee off at LBV is actually at Saratoga so depending on how close your room is to there based on the layout of the course and your room proximity to the gate, I suppose you could walk, but the route we took was on a somewhat busy road. Didn't notice if there was a walkway though.

You wouldn't want to walk to LBV pro shop from OKW, especially if you were carrying you golf bag, it's a long walk, just have them get you a taxi.
The ride to Palm/Magnolia is no more than 10-15 minutes at most, to Osprey less than 10 minutes.

Just an FYI. Last year I stayed at POP and took earliest tee time avaialble for 2 rounds. I ran into a little delay the first morning for a taxi. They told me the next time I needed an early taxi to call down to the front desk the night before and let them know. I did this and it saved me lots of aggravation.

I felt rushed the first day, I arrived 20 mins before my tee time. I was not able to chip and putt and was not on my game. Day 2 was much better. Shot an 82 from the whites at the magnolia.
