Taxi from WDW resort to Celebration?

Has anyone ever taken a taxi from a WDW resort to Celebration?

We don't rent a car, but would like to spend a few hours looking around the community, and have lunch or dinner. What is the approximate cost of a taxi? Is it easy to find a taxi to return us to WDW, or should that be arranged ahead of time? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Well, a lot would depend on WHICH WDW resort you wre talking about. From a MK resort it would be about $30 plus tip. From the BW, plan on $15 plus tip. Depends on the time of day and the traffic as well. As far as getting back, get the business card from the taxi, and then just use a pay phone to call the cab company when you are ready to leave.
