Taxi from Radisson to port?

I have been reading quite a bit about the hassle of the shuttle from the Radisson going to the port.

Has anyone taken a cab, if so how hard are they to come by the morning of sailing at the Radisson?

We took a DCL cruise in 2003 and had no problem using there shuttle. The trick is to tell them you need to book right when you check in to your room. Try to take a time around 11:00 am.
