Taxi from Port to MCO

Does anyone know the approximate charge for a taxi from Port Canaveral to MCO (Orlando Airport)???

Are taxis available at the Port or would we need to call ahead of time??

I'm not sure of the charge to the port, but I recall seeing a sign in MCO once listing fares to different places. I think it was $50 to the WDW resort, which is much closer than the port, so it could actually be twice that. In addition, this was probably 3 or so years ago, so the WDW price is probably more by now.

I have to think that there are cheaper options available.
