taxi from POP to Universal

Hello,
Someone please help. I will be traveling on Dec. 29 to Disneyworld staying at the POP Century, but will go to Universal on the 30 and 31. How much for a taxi? Already have MEARS reservations, but not convinced.

I believe it's about $30 each way. We booked a towncar for the four of us from BWV last month. The cost of that was $70 plus the $15 tip.

We are 4 adults an one 20 month old boy. Do you know if I need a car-seat for either the taxi or the shuttles?

'Need' is a relative term...you may feel that you have to have one...if this is the case, either request one when you book transportation (towncar or taxi) and they should be able to accomodate you. The only problem I see is if you have 4 adults plus a child in a car seat, you will no longer fit in a 'regular' towncar or taxi. You will need to book something larger. If someone holds the youngster, then no big space issue.
If you plan on using the shuttle bus, then no, a car seat isn't an option. The buses have no seatbelts.
