Is it at/near the entrance (near the resort buses??) or is it at the TTC. I need to get from the Beach Club to MK for an early ADR at Crystal Palace. As the resort buses probably wont have quite started at that time I was going to get a taxi. Need to know if I need to allow extra time to get from the TTC. I know I have taken a taxi to MK before, but can't remember where it dropped us. Perhaps I could take the taxi to Contemporary and walk..will the monorail be running at 7:30-7:45? My ADR is for 8.05 at Crystal Palace, and it's NOT an EMH morning. Any thoughts?

I believe it's located at TTC, and if you're facing the entrance to TTC, it's to the "left" of it.

It should drop you at the TTC, not right at the MK. No where for Taxis to enter there.

The Resort monorail will be running at least an hour before (if not earlier) Epcot or MK opens up.

Taxi stands are at the TTC, no vehicles except Disney busses go to the MK itself. It's a very short walk ( less than 10 minutes ) from the Contemporary to the MK, so that's not a bad idea. I believe the resort monorails are running at that time of the morning, but I don't know about the express monorail from the TTC. Maybe someone else will answer that.

Good luck!

Thanks for all the help. I know my DS5 needs no excuse to go on the monorail, so we might even take the extra time, go to the Contemporary and get the resort monorail all the way round! All depends on how early we can wake up DH!

I don't know if this would make any difference in your planning, but you should know that the busses are running in time for the early ADRs even if the park is not open yet. We caught a bus at ASMu between 7 and 7:15 am for our 8:05 am ADR at CP on a day when the park opened at 9:00 am. We were at MK gate by 7:30.

Lots of people on the boards have mentioned that the dining CM's don't know much about the bus schedule, and often tell peope that the busses are not running early when they are. I don't know if that is how you got that impression, but I just wanted to let you know you can just take a bus if you want to.

Hope this helps.

LibGirl - Actually it was more the guidebooks that gave me the impression that the buses wouldn't be running. I didn't think of asking the dining CM at the time. They all have it that they don't start until about an hour before opening. I'll probably double check with someone the night before. Thanks for the tip. :wave2:

Reggie, the breakfast busses do run early, but they're not on a set schedule. If you can get to the bus stop early enough, you'll probably be ok, but it's a gamble. You probably need to arrive at the bus stop early enough to make sure you get where you're going on time.

The early breakfast/tour buses start running 45 minutes before the earliest scheduled breakfast for that day. If there is a breakfast somewhere at 7am the buses will start at 6:15am. A good rule of thumb is to be at your resort bus stop 45 minutes before your reservation. You will likely be early, but you need to allow time in case you just miss a bus.
