I thought I read something about taxes. Must you pay taxes at end of the year for your timeshare? If yes I may not be willing to buy, I already have to come up with MF.
 
The annual dues that you pay includes estimated property taxes for that year. If the actual property taxes end up being higher than the estimate, the additional amount due is added to the following year's dues. If you pay your dues in monthly installments, the extra amount is added to the January payment.

The estimate is usually pretty close, so the extra amount added to the January payment is not that great. This year, we paid an extra $8 or so in January compared to our February maintenance fee payment for the "extra" taxes on 220 BWV points. Note also that the property taxes may be deductable on your federal income tax return (check with your tax advisor).
