What do I give to accoutant to show I have pd taxes? Also since I just bought this year I assume that I need to put on yax forms that I bought a timeshare what information do I need. Also is putting this on my tax forms to my benefit or not?

Hi!

There should be a year end statement that you get in the mail that shows the property taxes you paid on the timeshare.

If you own no other second home, you can deduct some of your costs the same as you would a second home. You definitely need to talk to your accountant and make sure it is the thing to do in your situation.
