Tax & Tip

OK - I know this has been asked like a gazillion times but, of course now that I NEED the information - I can't find it. I am working on my budget & I need to know about tax & tip.

I know all food & beverages are subject to a 6.5% tax & a 20% tip & I know that floral is + 6.5% tax.

Can anyone tell me if I need to estimate tax, tip or both to the following items:

Wedding Pavilion
Major Domo
Caricature Artist
Mickey & Minnie
Bus or Limos
MK or Epcot Photo Shoot

Yes, all floral except for the "delivery fee" is subject to the 6.5% tax. (Our delivery fee was approx. $200.) All food had the added 20% plus 6.5% except the wedding cake. For the cake, tax doesn't appear to have been added, but there was a "cake handling fee".

Can anyone tell me if I need to estimate tax, tip or both to the following items:

Wedding Pavilion
--we have the U.K. Pavilion for our ceremony location; assuming the fees are calculated in the same way, add 6.5% tax.

Major Domo
-- sorry, we don't have anything similar, but my guess is that they would handle entertainment consistently. If so, you don't need to add the tax or tip.

Caricature Artist
-- we have 3 @ $535 each, no tax or tip was added on top of this

Mickey & Minnie
-- we have Donald @ $800, no tax or tip was added on top of this

Bus or Limos
-- we have one limo @ a total price of $261.60, two buses @ $87.20 per hour times 7 hours each.

MK or Epcot Photo Shoot
-- we don't have this, but no tax or tip was added on top of the price we were quoted for 6 hours each of photography/videography
